Dionex Ultimate 3000 Autosampler and Pump
The Dionex Ultimate 3000 Autosampler and Pump system offers high quality injection for routine and HPLC analysis, and sophisticated research tasks. The system features high availability and reproducibility, even with the lowest injection volumes.
The Quaternary Pump supports operating pressures up to 62 MPa (9000 psi) at flow rates of up to 10ml/min. Up to four solvents may be used for convenient method development, system flushing or solvent preparation. Featuring dual gradient pumps and SmartFlow technology, the Ultimate 3000 Pump ensures highest possible flow and gradient precision, with outstanding durability.
The Autosampler is optimised for minimum dead volume and maximum efficiency, performing rapid, accurate and precise injections for conventional LC and UHPLC applications, up to 62 MPa (9000 psi). The in-line split-loop (or flow-through) injection design and external needle wash options essentially eliminate carryover.
